Online calendar software?

Is there an online calendar (similar to say... Outlook) where 2 or more people can login and add events or just view what's going on, durring the month, make changes, etc?

MSN's calendar system allows sharing and updating. Sharepoint is also a free solution if you have 2003 Server.

:icon14: Hotmail/MSN's calendar is perfect for what I need. Calendar sharing, event invites, it's exactly like Outlook 2003's view field.
