That movie came in 2002, and GTA3 in 2001, and GTA3 had a very similar looking cover, so I don't think GTA is the rip-off here.

the 2nd one was a concept. you can tell by the RP rating. thats also a yank cover

this is the euro cover (without the platinum brand that is)
