How can I (Photoshop Question)

Do the bellow in photoshop/paint shop pro so I can make it even/look good?

I want the top left to come to a point and the bottom right to curve around. Acting as the lower right hand corner of a circle that has been split up into 3 parts?

edit: All I have access to atm is Paint Shop Pro, though I'll be able to jump on Photoshop later tonight...

just do it in illustrator and import it into ps..
