yeah but you got to work for it. give em hell over the phones and they'll crack, they always do.

Problem is, i got the C500S, but the screen broke, I didn't want to pay the £70 charge to get it fixed by them, so i got a replacement screen and cover for it. Which is black.

Think they will moan at me for that? as they'll have on their records i have a c500S, whereas my phone looks like the c500. Obviously the only significant different is the S is silver...
