Hey is this the same game that refuses to work unless you've got the very latest graphics cards? Not because slightly older cards won't work, but because EA flat out decided they would prevent the game from making use of them?

Quality game that. I've got a card that will be accepted by the game now, and I'm still not going to buy it.

I'd like to think I've got some form of ideals as far as games publishers go, and can protest (albeit in a miniscule way) by not purchasing games like that.

However I lost a lot of that consistency when I bought HL2.

Also as for me being the only one losing, I don't see that that's true. If I don't play, that's one less person on the servers. A primarily multiplayer game depends almost completely on the number of people on the servers.

i dunno, if they would'nt have fucked up the patch wich they did get out pretty fast, everything would have been ok.

this game has such awesome potential, it's obvious why you need a decent system+lots of ram. 64 players going at it with dozens of weapons, vehicles, airplanes, etc.. you cant expect to run it on a gameboy advance.

i'll be willing to bet quakewars:et will demand the same from a system. massive FAST paced games will need it.

Yes, well you'd have to be a complete dipshit to think that I meant that is was actually lag. What I mean is that it gives me the same stuttering, jerky shit I get when I connect to any of the horribly crappy ranked servers. Mong.
