After that it was fine and working the way it should, so I played until my Junior year of highschool. Around that time I started noticing my rotator cuff giving me problems. Would become much more sore that it had before, random sharp pain ect... So I just quit playing after that year.
Anyway, since then I haven't touched a weight or done any kind of exercise at all. So here I am almost 19 at 5'7" 134 pounds. Would very much like to gain a good amount of muscle starting this year.
So...think there is anything to worry about with that cuff. Nothing ever came of it and it hasn't bothered me since, though I haven't done a damn thing either. Any good exercise I should do to build up that area first, or just play it by ear...
What's the best way to build a noticeable amount of muscle that's not going to take all year...mainly upper body. I'm not trying to jump right in and expect to be huge this month, but I would like to see some results somewhat fast.
Don't wanna take any kind of roid, but any other item I could grab from GNC (isn't that the weigh building store?) to help me along the way?
