In your personal opinion tnf, what would you consider to be healthier? Overweight or Underweight?
Because I went from what I felt was Overweight to being Underweight.
Personally I feel better than ever even if I did lose a substantial amount of Body Mass too.
Also, I'm Vegan, so putting on weight seems to be a real chore.
What would you consider to be an ideal weight for someone my height?

Well, research has shown that reduced calorie diets in rats can lengthen lifespan...so probably in terms of longevity, you are better off a bit on the underweight side than on the overweight side.Brian Slade wrote:In your personal opinion tnf, what would you consider to be healthier? As for the ideal weight...dunno. Depends on how much muscle mass you are carrying and what your bodyfat is...
Based on that diet, I'd say try to hit a very, very lean 165 or so.

Seremtans' girlfriend, if that is her, doesnt have enough showing to pass any form of judgement. We cant even see the majority of her face and it may have been one of those days when she didnt feel like taking an hour getting ready?
Some days girls just want to be natural.
As far as this Brians' nature is concerned he needs to realise that 187lbs at 6 foot 1 inches isnt really over weight and is healthier than being about 50 pounds underweight.
Also, my girlfriend is half a foot shorter than me and probably 20 pounds heavier. Does that bother me? no. Why? because i love her. If you loved her as much as you started mentioning at the first of this topic you would not have dumped her for gaining some weight. You seem to concerned about looks over everything else and not what your heart is telling you.
Just my 2 cents.
