[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

either. they're both top of the line, though i'd skip the EX since it's probably a lot more $$$ for a tiny difference in sound quality.

my audigy pro does me just fine

Its "suppost" to be a little nicer than the basic audigy, and the live drive is external.. i was thinking that would suck, but the more i think about it, itll be nice to have that on my desk instead of INSIDE my tower..

that's a pretty good deal btw, shame they dont ship outside the states. But I don't really see the point of sticking in a soundcard when the nForce Audio suffices for me.

If you want one, lemmeh know, ill ship you one

And i said the same thing.. the onboard audio on my ic7-g is great but im having mic issues and i think the onboard sound is slowly going out.. its like it cant power any mic i hook up.. Hell i just bough a NICE desk mic and i have to put my mouth ON IT to get any sound out of it... tried bios, volume, new drives.. nothing does it.. :(

ah don't bother, I wanted an Audigy card with optical output when I still used my MiniDisc player/recorder....

btw, might be a swing in the dark, but if you use Skype and set it to auto-control your mic input, it'll almost mute the mic to prevent feedback from the speakers. I have deepthroat it when I call with Skype.

I have a Altec headset that KINDA works.. not really well tho.. and my Labtec mini mic worked until it broke, my NEW labtec mic DONT work right, and my logitechs hardly are audible at all :(
