I bought a DVD player, and I want to put it where the stereo is, but the stereo isn't the standard size that all other ones are because of that bit of plastic going around the outside.. Am I stuck with that? If I was to just cut the whole thing out and put the dvd player in there, then there would be a big gap going all the way around it..
You'll be able to get blanking plates to fill the gaps, that should be the case when I replace the stereo in my Focus, that's got a stupid oversized space for the tape player.
