Post by Eraser »

Does anyone know a free MySQL client that can be used under windows and has a userfriendly graphical interface to speak of (MyPHPAdmin is crap). Thanks!

Use the Shell, nothing gives you more control over your database. Seriously.

No offense, but if I wanted control I would've asked for control.
I'm not a l33t Linux nerd who feels more comfortable jabbing commands at a command prompt than clicking with a mouse. I want user friendlyness and ease of use.

I use navicat. It's data transferring abilities are so good I paid the $75 'academic' license for it. One of the few apps I've paid for.

Would a nerd be posting whilst sat in bed, on his laptop, which is running Linux which is tweaked to run fast, and running a software-suspend (hibernate on windows) program to boot said laptop within seconds, via a wifi internet connection?

Hah!

phpMyAdmin is it. if you want anything else, you're obviously homosexual.
