Decarie is a fucking busy highway, it runs down the center of Montreal and is almost the only way to get to downtown from the north or the south of the island. It is bottlenecked from 8am to 6pm daily...

well personally...i have seen freeways flood like that in galveston, houston, austin, texarkana, new orleans, jacksonville, san marcos and a few other places...prolly cuz i get out more...

nah you've never seen anything like this before you dumbos, this happened because the sewer system is too outdated to deal with 10 inches or rain in 2 minutes...so that's why the water level got so high...oh so owned.
