I know, I just remember reading that Rumsfeld supported further development on a bunker buster missile that can carry a tiny nuclear warhead.
I never thought 'small' and 'nuclear' could go in the same sentence, and I'm still not really sure what this so-called small nuclear explosion would look like though.
