Well I think that there is a loophole to everything, and if you take that literally there is a paradox. That means that there is one thing that has no loophole, that being the loophole to everything has a loophole.
I think there are plenty of reasons to kill someone, self defence, scratched your car ect ect. Larsony also can be justified in a way. I think that rape, molestation, and sexual assault have no way of ever being justified. Rapist and molesters are the people that deserve not only the death penalty, but unsupervised recration time with other death row inmates who hate rapist and molestors.
