Good Day my friends
I like to experiment with food.
This one is very easy and almost free.
Why?
Well, when you have to peel potatoes, especially if it is to make
your own fries. Wash them first, then peel them but keep the peel.
Dry the peel with a clothe, don’t know if you know the trick, as you would do for salad…Be very careful with the next one though…
You have to put them in oil as you would do with your fries but if they aren’t dried enough, same with fries,
the oil will bubble and could spit at you, also it doesn’t need to be as high ( the oil temperature ) as for plained potatoes for fries.
Put them in a brown bag or tick paper towels to absorb the oil and sprinkle them with salt, shake as you would a shake’n bake et voila.
Your own homemade chips made out off otherwise scraped peel.
Hope you like it, my GF eat them all the first time.

When you are making hot pockets,
leave the croissant pocket types in for an extra 10-15 seconds for a crispier crust.
for normal shelled ones, just leave it at the
normal time.
Try baking them at 400F on a baking sheet sprayed with fresh olive oil.
Less greasy
Thanks for the tip
I have done it in the oven also but with
just plain peanut oil.
Also I don't recall the ingredient but I've used
something different than salt and it was great.

Well it might actualy be called ketchup flavored salt, and I'm not entirely sure it's salt, I'm assuming it is cause the taste is similar but with that ketchup chip taste. They have em in movie theaters everywhere around here.

You seem serious about this thing.
Stop selling your bad stuff and start exporting that
ketchup salt thing instead, it would be ligit and
you'll make a fortune...I am sure of it, really.
