Installed a game yesterday

Fuck owned. I got our old Windows 95 Packard Bell working again yesterday and installed this on it. I haven't played this game in years and I must say, GODDAMN it still owns. If you have a windows 95/98/dos machine lying around, i'd highly reccomend it.

Who remembers rick dangerous? =D

Awesome game. There is a 'modern client' for playing this classic, I've been playing it a bit on the psp, but for pc I think it requires some extras to be installed and compiled, something I didn't wanna mess with.

If anyone can figure that out, maybe they can post a pre-configured/compiled version for us to download. It's less than 2 megs I thinks.

Oh it's here: http://www.bigorno.net/xrick/

Rick Dangerous? Totally forgot that. Awesome game on the Amiga. Played that a lot, but it was motherfuckbitching hard. I had use cheats to advance to the later levels. Having only 3 lifes with no save option was gruesome.

lol, I'll say, I've prolly played it a bit in the last few days and only got to the 4th screen, died a million times already. But the challenge is fucking great. I prolly just don't know how to use the damn guns. =p (unless you don't get any at the start?)

I have the playstation version, Crusader: No remorse, lying around here somewhere. Top-notch game, still beats half the trash released weekly.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

Un-nest those quotes you slags >:E

Anyway. It's fun being able to play this game when you're actually somewhat good at video games (i played it last when i was like.. 10). When I beat this, I'll have to get my hands on No Remorse :E

Uhh, if you set it in your profile it takes care of it. I don't see any nested quotes. Only the intended ones.

It's only a couple clicks and then no problem. A lot easier than everyone editing the quotes out.
