George Carlin

The Guardian
By the time California's counterculture of hot rods and surfing was sweeping America's mainstream, George Carlin, was no longer on the crest of the wave. But without him, the Beach Boys - none of whom, apart from Dennis Wilson, actually surfed - would have been forced to look for a different name.
Carlin, who has died of a herion overdose aged 77, was a pioneer shaper of surfboards and a charismatic marketer of surfing itself. A consummate salesman, he made up for his lack of business acumen by living the surfer's lifestyle for most of his life.
RIP George Carlin
Here's what it says.

I searched all over google news and found nothing either... it's like there some sort of mass conspiracy to suppress the knowledge of his death. Even the wikipedia article doesn't mention it. Karl Rove I'm sure is at the bottom of this.
yea i've too been kind of thinking about maybe a new sig but sort of haven't come to quite a decision yet
Spelling flames at a time like this? You should be ashamed of yourself. :icon7:Synergy wrote:I think you spelled "heroin" wrong.l0g1c wrote:Here's what it says.

Judging by the crappy, mid 90's design of the site, I'd say it's a VERY unreliable source of knowledge.Underpants? wrote:http://www.deadoraliveinfo.com/dead.nsf/cnames-nf/Carlin+George
