When you start to make your ISO in Nero, you can add files to the ISO before you create it.
So yeah create a new one.

What?
If you already have an ISO, just burn it to a disk. Then turn around and create an ISO from that disk in Nero. THen add your extra files then create a new ISO.
Jeez dude it's not that hard.

No, that's how you would do it.

If that's how you do it then you are wasting your time and money. You can just use d-tools, but if you want safedisc crap then you need WinISO.

I have been doing it in the way I suggested.
I will check this out.
Nero has been doing a really good job. But there is always for room for improvement.

The best way to cram more files into an .iso is with a hammer.

WinRAR opens and deals with ISOs flawlessly (standard ISOs, that is -- ifyou have some fucked up xbox or other iso it won't work).
Open the .iso in winRAR, add/remove shit as you see fit, then save that mofakka!

no offense taken at all, just pointing out that winrar should really be taking all those dollars i spent warezing it and putting it into useful features like being able to add files to ISOs
