Once I knocked one of the legs out from underneath this 20 foot high rack and made it lean about 30 degrees. I strapped the bent leg up to the fork lift and outstrategied it back into position and welded a bar to reinforce the place it bent. No one ever noticed.
Once this 17 year old kid was pulling a pallet off the back of a storage trailer on the ramp leading to our loading dock. He tried to come about full steam, forks lifted, on an incline and flipped the lift over. He had his seat belt on. He wasn't old enough to drive the thing. He didn't get fired. He should have died.
