ah, the corkscrew. that's the best part of the circuit. most of it is not overcooking it going in, apply brakes, down to 2nd, then accel out stomping it. but you knew that. challenging for sure.Geebs wrote:Hmm, well what I enjoy about Forza is that you occasionally see the AI push a bit too hard to catch up to you and come a cropper on the corners. Feels more realistic than the rubber-band-n'rails thing.
I still can't get that fucking chicane in Laguna Seca right....

It's true too, what's feels even more realistic is when you drive against the driver you trained. But what you say is true geebs, I've seen it many times where you'll see a guy try to cut the corner instead of taking it wide to pass you only to get passed going out of the turn again cause they took the wrong line. They'll block you sometimes too which sucks.
It's hella hard with any car that has over 800hp. Well... if you have TCS, ABS and Stability turned off and you drive manual.+JuggerNaut+ wrote:ah, the corkscrew. that's the best part of the circuit. most of it is not overcooking it going in, apply brakes, down to 2nd, then accel out stomping it. but you knew that. challenging for sure.Geebs wrote:Hmm, well what I enjoy about Forza is that you occasionally see the AI push a bit too hard to catch up to you and come a cropper on the corners. i don't use aids, and automatics are for p*ssies. don't get me started on any cam other than nose.Kracus wrote:It's hella hard with any car that has over 800hp. i know you meant unbeatable.Kracus wrote:Actualy I'm not too partial to the nose cam. It's not that it's any harder but I prefer being able to either see my car or to be right in the drivers seat. The nose cam is good for certain games though like the oldschool Ridge racer game. Which I was inbeatable at
i should have been more specific:
any cam behind the driver's pov is ghey.

I played GT4, first hour and a half I spent clearing space on my ps2 memory card. After parting ways with some of my favorite saved games I loaded up GT4, and spent a billion years on getting a grade B license. After that I decided to go race, untill I realized I needed a grade A license too, so I decided that this game was crap and turned it off.
