they were prolly estimating your bill for the last few months based on previous years. Then when they finally checked your meter you used lees than they anticipated, leaving you with a $6.00 balance...

Personally they should have charged you the next month, but computers cannot make personaly decisions like that $6.00 is the same as $600.00 it's a balance due.

I'm sure though with your vast political knowledge you knew this, so I am assuming this is another one of your I'm so filthy rich and don't have to work threads that you know really believe in :icon19:
