90p?

Fucking hell, cost of living is spiralling in South Wales, they only ever ask for 30p up her "for a cup of tea". Yeah, tea my arse, I'd happily give someone 30p if they said they wanted to score some meth if they asked nicely.
Not that I don't give money anyway usually, it must absolutely suck to be that skint.

My rule is 'give nothing unless it stands out in some way'

Like, i had this guy come up to me once and he was like 'Uhm... yes! Give me some small change young man, and i shall grant you a wish' which made me laugh so i gave him a euro. But the whole 'i need money for food / place to sleep' approach when someone is obviously on smack irritates me.

err... what's your point?
Most people who ask for money on the street have personal problems and tend to spend any earnings in irrisponsible ways.

heh, agree

i used to give spare change to some guy outside a club just because of his london accent, used to call him shrapnel

the people im on about arent even tramps though, just a bunch o junkies robbing town for all its worth before they go home to there council/squat house

and when you say no they get all shirty >: /, i usually gurn a lot or wind em up
