I sometimes get that. It tries to open a .php file, instead of redirecting to the page. Sometimes it says some error like failed to connect to host or some BS.

I actually think it would be better to a nest "limit", so that only one quote could be nested inside a quote. So that way there would only be the quote and its subquote. I think this would be alright, though anymore gets annoying.

I think there's some sort of script for the ICQ.
When you look at the ICQ status I believe it just looks at the ICQ database to see what your status is. Then it creates the HTML code and displays the appropriate icon. This is why you see img=5.

Wrong. The icon works. It changes based on your status just fine. However, when you click on it, ICQ's online message thing does not launch.
