hehe, so much for that. it allows you to browse servers but you can't launch the game from it. :dork:

That with ASE are the reason I still play the demo. The in-game browser and menus are absolute shit.

No it probably won't because EA is in bed with Gamespy/IGN and has its head so far up their ass that they don't want external programs like ASE to bypass them.
I tell you they are moving closer to a subscription only game and closed servers that you have to rent from EA

Will there be a patch?
An update is planned, yes. This will hopefully fix, among other things, slow server browsing, unbindable keys and add support for clan tags and external server browsers such as All Seeing Eye. We do not have a finalised fix list at this time

I played bf2, didn't seem like it had any advancement from the last one. Only difference I noticed is that I'm playing a modern day soldier instead of a WWII soldier.

Yea, I ran around shooting guys, climbed a few towers, flew a few aircrafts. What's the big deal? It's basically the same as the last one.
