I almost feel bad for Henman in one way.

All of those players are absolutely amazing. To even play on that level is unbelievable. To be considered in the top 20 or whatever, is pretty damn awesome.

Anyway, theres an enormous pressure on him to win wimbeldon or whatever tournament because hes the only British thats any good. So whenever he messes up, its like: "Jesus whats wrong with him", instead of "jesus, whats wrong with British tennis?"

whenever michael chang would do well but not win a tournament (i understand that he did win once though), people werent blaming him or anything at all.

Yeah it makes me laugh how people always have a go at him for being shit. I mean he's the best we have and of anyone thinks they can do better then step up and have a go. But no, Brits prefer to sit at home and just shout "useless cunt" at the TV.

It's all about context, he seems to be near the same standard as some of the players he ranked alongside (certainly not Roddick or Federer though). People just just get pissed off with him choking when he gets to a certain stage, like when he blew a lead to lose to Ivanisevic a couple of years ago. He's hardly crap but he's infuriating to watch.

And he's a fucking toff.

Good on Murray for going through today, that's a future Grand Slam winner right there.
