I searched for it and just found his Max X thread. Maybe he'll grace us with the link again if he sees this. It was 2 huge black dudes fighting in someone's backyard for money. They were cool with each other after the fight was done, even though his eye had exploded in its socket. :icon28:

The thing is I know that stance, it's a different form then the one I used in Tsuroka and it's very off balance despite how good for balance it looks. The leg's are extended far too forward to provide a good kick and holds the majority of his weight, a good kick to the knee could be the end before it even starts.

Second that wide stance makes for an unstable balance from the side and exposes the back making a front side kick likely to knock you over and a back kick making you get one in the back which is never good. That's why you'll never see anyone fight like that unless they're HIGHLY trained like monks. They're just so good they can do whatever they want and kick your ass. That kid though is no monk and in a fight against someone that isn't as stupid as the guy he was fighting and he'll be done.

the bloke he was fighting may of been windmilling but that stance he took was manouvrable, one kick to the side of the head

norty norty, thats why it was a long stance, so if some shitty kick comes from no where you can transfer all your weight onto the back foot to avoid it

and taking him from the side with one kick wouldve been a challenge anyway as he was defending, not attacking and always had him head on

i think thats right, im pretty mullered but im sure it is

Yeah that's my point, his opponent wasn't very bright, you can tell from the start he's clueless as soon as ninja dude does his thing. It's pretty comical though and something you would expect in high school.

in UFC is diff cus you got 2 fighters with a shitload of experience trained a shitload better than both those guys combined, its jsut on a completely diff level. both fighters are attacking and they both know they are fighting good fighters

whereas this guy knew a lil something and the way the other guy was squaring up, it was a solid stance. granted neither of them were the champs because the amount of landed punches was 1 out of a shitload of swings but still

i reckon that guy could take down an average brawler just because he would be a bitch to hit

and that last punch was no lucky punch either, the previous punches were all blind swings but that knockdown punch had a target on the end of it

The stance he took was a fucking disaster waiting to happen. If anybody ever took that stance with me in a serious context, I'd smash their front leg so fucking hard they think they lost the anvil lottery.
