Driving home the other day it was nice and cool, an unusual temperature so I have the AC off and all 4 windows open. In fact it's prolly the only time I have driven with the windows open this summer.

The light is green and I drive past this women not paying attention in the left lane. Then I hear her screech and her shitty little engine roaring, the 2 lanes ended and just as it did I look in my side mirror to see her in the oncoming lane coming up from behind me to pass. LOL
She gets forced back by a car coming. We get stuck in traffic 2 seconds later... why she was in such a rush when there was so much traffic I don't know...

So were sitting there and I am chilled out drinking my water wondering WTF is wrong with this nutbag. She gets on my ass in traffic, then PUTS HER CAR IN PARK ON THE RAILROAD CROSSING, gets out and runs up to my car, says "YOU Almost made me have an accident" then proceeds to smack me in the face. :icon19: now I got a little pissed an almost got out of the car...

After thinking for a sec I decided to do the proper thing... embarras her, I called the local police station they found her at her house and had a few cop cars go there, they closed off her street for 15 minutes untill I showed up to identify her and the car. By then the whole street was wondeing what was going on. It was quite the block party :icon31:

She came out on her porch raving like a lunatic, pure white trash showcase drama :icon14: The officer told me if I want to press charges I can come down and do so... I still haven't done so, I want to and I don't.

The woman is miserable with her life, her 4 wigger trash sons she lives in a dump and I identified her car because 1/4 of the car is missing (bumper, fender, lights, etc) but that no reason to take it out on someone else, for fucks sake just kill yourself. Should I load the gun for her and make life much worse for the cunt or should I show some mercy and just let it go?

Would you have to do much paperwork to press charges? If not, then yes, in the off chance she wiull learn her lesson and not get herself and possibly someone else into an accident down the road.

edit: Here in merging traffic the closed lane always yields to the continuing lane. If I see the vid right, you are the one merging and at fault.

I get cut off, on a regular basis, that's the shit part about living in NJ eveyone is in a rush to go sit in traffic at the next light. If everyone thought like this nut we would all be killing each other.

she used an oncoming traffic lane and all 4 of her beater's cylinders to pass me in oncoming traffic.

either way even if I dropped out of the sky, without a blinker, any cut her off, she's still wrong

Like I said above nothing, I get cut of as does everyone else that lives in this area. Someone driving the pisses you off you deal with it. Besides I wouldn't have tried to pass a car in oncoming traffic..

With some people that is the only way to get through to them. A slap on the wrist will only encourage the behavior. I guarantee you that I know some people that cops in the front yard would only make them want to do it more for the attention, to seem cool, etc. Granted this is probably not the case, but you never know. You can't always go by textbook responses when dealing with shit like this. Some people live for the drama, attention, being different, so on...

perhaps after a couple weeks, you can go to her house, knock on her door, and try to make peace with her.

Also express how upset you were that she physically assaulted you, even though you understand she was stressed out after the intense road experience.

Honestly, ive had that same thing happen to me.. ended up some bitch rear ending me and me getting new PC parts, and her losing her license..

If the paper isnt to much work, id work to get her off the road.. People like her dont need to be driving anyways, shes just going to kill some family that going out for ice cream and a movie.. :-\
