I wonder what you could be building with that? :smirk:

Thanks, NS, but they're the wrong kinds of tubes.

THESE are what I was looking for.

To answer your question, scourge, I'm building a race of super mutants so I can take over the world.

Ah, you meant test tubes for your meth lab.

Yeah. That's why I ran out -- I used up my whole stock. Polystyrene's amorphous crystaline structure causes it to become soft when I'm cooking the meth down, so I need polypropylene to get the job done. Unfortunately, I spent all weekend making meth, and now I don't have any tubes left for growing cloned super mutants. :(

From my knowledge of plastics, polypropylene and polystyrene tubes are not heat temperable.
In shorth thay both become nothing but a melted mess when exposed to high heat.
Cooking crack will definatly make them melt, and even some of the ingrediants alone will make the tubes "unstable".

I could be wrong.

I'm not into biotech/chemistry but why don't you use glass tubes?

Probably because they're more expensive and they have to be cleaned. You just can't be mixing super mutant goo accidentally in a dirty tube, now can you?

But with a bit luck and the appropriate dirt in the tube you create the hyper super mutant by chance so you could take over the entire galaxy.

WHOA! Let's reign in the pie-in-the-sky wishing there, little camper. The fine specimen in that picture is clearly the work of the divine.

Ah, good ol' serendipity. It makes the world go round.

However, I have to follow standard protocol listed in my mutant cloning kit. Otherwise, someone willnotice that I used dirty tubes, and I'll have to discard my results since my samples were contaminated.

Then I'll never get a patent on my super mutants. :tear:
