Can you enable more slots?

We can't tdm with 6 slots :/

He can only handle 6* slots at a 15000 rate.

*7 really but he's allowing headroom

TB, Keep in mind that if you are downloading or doing heavy browsing you effect the server even though you have that extra headroom.

You have 900kbps upload....

8Slots x 15000rate x 8bits = 960000bits = 960kbps

Lag++ if that 8th person isn't you TB.

You could make the rate 14000 and that would be 896kbps. 4kbps of headroom. :lol:

I say make it 12000 or 13000 if you want 8 slots.

I can make max rate to 13000 and allow 8 players. Or 10 players at 10000 rate, but I really don't know what is the effect on the gameplay and what rate do most servers run. Can someone clarify this for me? By the way, is snaps 40 good?

10000 rate? "Uber palyers" will complain, casual and the average player won't notice jack shit. (as most of them have their rates limited to 3000 or 8000 anyway.

Ok, at the AP lounge the rate is 13000.

I've set the rate to 13000 also and allowed 8 player spots.

15000 to 25000, usualy 25000 through (AP usues 25). :/

TB For the dual config set a 10 or 15 minute timelimit so it starts out out that way. Just a 20 fraglimit is way tooo long a game, esp for thoes waiting. o_o
