Anyone got a cure? ANYONE?
HELP!URGENT Meningitis 19YO, she is dying...+
First catch two newts, and use a spoon to extract their eyes. Grind the eyes softly and mix with leaves of koriander. Force residu through sieve, and mix with currypowder and one half gallon of milk of the manatee.
When applied to the eyes, vision will be fully restored and you will get a +5 dmg to all melee attacks.

What is the treatment for bacterial meningitis?
Early diagnosis and treatment are very important. If symptoms occur, the patient should see a doctor right away. Bacterial meningitis can be treated with a number of effective antibiotics. It is important, however, that treatment be started early.
Viral meningitis is an infection of the meninges (a thin lining covering the brain and spinal cord) by any one of a number of different viruses. It is a fairly common disease
Google owned dipshit.

I would try the patient's own fucking doctors, FFS. Treatment depends on clinical suspicion and composition and culture of the cerebrospinal fluid, so none of the googled answers in this thread are valid.
Amputations are needed in severe cases of meningococcal septicaemia, which is not the same thing although they usually coexist.

Except that he's pointed out his cousin doesn't know he's trying to help. That suggests to me he's not really involved with the discussion with the doctors. He's just on the sidelines trying to get advice on what to do, and he knows this is a place where some people have knowledge about such things. Granted, it was a little presumptuous to assume we'd have any answers with the lack of information he gave us, but how is it much different from everyone else asking for advice? Just an example would be when tnf (I think) asked the docs about his friend with lung cancer (or something similar, I don't remember specifics). Or inphlict asking for advice about some repiratory issue. They just wanted advice on the situation. I hardly think that counts as a troll.RiffRaff wrote:You know, Kracus does have a point.
If I needed an immediate, expert medical opinion, I would definately come to this forum and ask for help. :icon27:
No offense to any doctors out there but I'm thinking I would try a forum that has a medical theme to it?

Hey, don't confuse me with him tnf, my questions may have the same Ideas but I don't try to hide my true intentions you know? I'm not trolling you so to speak I'm just striking up conversation. This is different.tnf wrote:Kracus wrote: He comes on here and asks the most rediculous life or invention related questions all the time.
Read that again, and again, and again, then think if you can figure out who else it might apply to...

Thanks for your support.
I know it might not be the best place to ask for advices on such a delicate subject but as I wrote before (Sorry, we have a lot of fun in here but I also know that there are a lot of brilliant people in here just as TNF not to name him.
<This is urgent, I am willing to try every resources I have to find a solution for my niece.
