Yeah

My problem is I LIKE smoking. I just don't like paying 10$ a pack. That's basicly 300$ a month I'd be saving.

Yeah I haven't really gone cold turkey

I quit last thursday, I bummed smokes really off everyone that day and friday. Everyone owes me so many smokes no one can say no so I basicly had as many smokes as I wanted.

Saturday and Sunday I slowed down to only smoking what others offered but I tried to make sure I didn't ask anyone for a smoke. That didn't help much cause pretty much everyone offered me a smoke and two people each gave me half a pack. In fact one person left a surprise in one pack he didn't intend to leave.

Since the last two day's I've only been smoking a cig after I smoke a J. I haven't smoked at any other time but I do smoke about 5 J's a day so that's still 5 smokes. Still a big cut back for me though. I think tomorrow I'll stop altogether. That's my plan, it wasnt' cold turkey but I have been slowing down dramaticaly.

If you're going to stop smoking for good you really got to make it a big step. My dad stopped smoking and joined the gym. Hasn't had a smoke for about 3 years and is still attending the gym.
