From their song Faggot:
"i - i could've been a star
it freaks me out when i sound just like my mom
i could've rocked the spot
instead of being just another faggot like i am
i played that shit straight
blowin' suckas on the side hopin' i get laid
now everybody knows
no way in hell i can ever live it down"

IMO there's much more skill in what Immortal Technique does than in what those two guys were doing. I'll admit that Eminem still is one of the champs of lyrical flow and rhymes, but if you think about it, the rap that those guys were freestyling is the very stuff the originators of hiphop and rap didn't want becoming mainstream. Tupac and Biggie, and most of the best rappers out there (Common, Big Pun etc) weren't writing every single song about cars, guns, booze and women. They at least had some sort of story to tell, something that has been lost in modern, popular interpretations of rap. I'll take Mos Def, Jedi Mind Tricks, Talib Kwali, Immortal Technique etc over that stuff any day
