im looking for full albums and shit. i used to live in a dorm and we shared music so i have a pretty good collection, im looking for old school and rare stuff mostly.

Use newsgroups to get full albums and coverart as well as anything else that is downloadable. It's usually perfect files because the usenet members take pride in their group. If there is a problem with a download you will see alot of people bitching about it.

It takes a little to get used to, but well worth it.

my mates swear by IRC for downloading music. i'm sticking to my torrents, and BearShare for slightly more obscure singles -- i reccommend BearShare, although it does have some spyware in it

bearshare is really fast for single and oldies. my brother uses it. i would not - spyware
