question about the Stewart Johnson Calculus 5e book

for those that are probably using the same book ...what's the difference between the US version and the internationnal version?
a seller online is saying they are the same but what about the measuring standards? do the problems include metric numberign system?

The imperial system is for yokels.

The US version most likely has both or is just imperial.
