Trailer Park Boys

Post by brisk »

Who watches this show? Its the greatest thing to come out of canada, ever (though to be fair, its not like it had much competition).

For those who don't know it, its basically a fictional day-in-the-life documentary about a group of trailer park residents who get drunk, grow weed, smoke weed, and go to jail (and repeat the cycle at the start of each new season).

The dialogue is crazy funny at times, ESPECIALLY Jim Lahey. I mean jesus, he is just the greatest creation ever and has a serious talent for wordplay (or should that be shitplay?).

Anyway, it isn't broadcast on UK terestrial TV (which is all I have), but i'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find the eps "out there".

I've spoken to bubbles and ricky a few times. Their show is just south of here a couple hours. Huge fan.

We actually got fairly drunk with Randy and Lehey here in town. Lehy went on a fucking tirade with the shit analogies. It was fucking hilarious. His parting words to me were, "Watch out for shit hawks.".

It's pretty good, start from the beginning though. Don't watch the later episodes it's way funnier that way.

Yeah, the seasons are quite short so you should be able to catchup entirely within a few days.

Loved the most recent ep.

"the whispering winds of shit"
