Because it's a part of the rehabilitation. My main concern is for some of them who still have urges and just releive themsevles using viagra. It's a temporary solution, the problem will still be there and it could lead to another rape or murder.
I'm not saying EVERY one of them has that problem but the rest that don't have to understand it's part of their punishment for the crime they commited, tough luck.
The other ones though if they actualy work and pay for the drug are at least trying to get better by paying for it. That way they have to work, there's some sort of effort there and that effort is towards a goal. There's no effort if they don't pay for it.

its not a crime its about drugs and welfare. Impotence is a medical condition that isn't related to deviant sexual acts in any way!Kracus wrote:Hey retard since when is depression a crime?Keep It Real wrote:hahahah that's fucking ridiculous.... So you think it's alright if someone is still having urges to fuck kids but instead takes viagra and fucks a chick, probably pretending she's 10 with his eyes shut, is a good thing then you're a pretty fucking dumb shrink.
The system isn't working because we dont' have enough safeguards to prevent them from committing the crime again. This is just one more step towards finding something that works. Everytime something is fixed something else will appear as a problem until it's perfect. Legistlation requiring sex offenders to pay for their viagra is just one step in the process of the rehabilitation program. It sucks for those that really do have ED and it's NOT because they only get arowsed by kids but hey, that's what you get for being a child molester.

That's not my point, my point is they still have issues and should deal with them instead of getting free viagra and fucking a chick. If a girl doesn't turn you on cause she's not in her teens viagra isn't the solution.Keep It Real wrote:viagra is just a drug that make your dick hard. its not going to make sexual fantasies more vivid or make a person unable to control sexual fantasies. A guy isn't going to imagine his girlfriend is a little girl because he's on viagra dude, it just helps erectile disfunction.

shit man, ED is an unrelated disease! It's like diabetes, or depression, or premature ejaculation. Are you not understanding me, viagra doesn't affect your sexual fantasies!Kracus wrote:That's not my point, my point is they still have issues and should deal with them instead of getting free viagra and fucking a chick. Yeah unlike those diseases it isn't linked with sexual behavior. The fact his person has commited sexualy based crimes using medication meant to allow you to have sex is key here.
Let's take someone suffering from severe depression for example. If you had a choice would you give the person an apple or a gun?
You don't give them the gun because they'll either shoot you or themselves. Their condition and I concider pedophelia a conditon, a very bad condition and a very taboo condition because of the nature and vileness of the crime but perhaps these people just can't help themselves and given the fact that they're often repeat criminals I don't think it's too irrational to factor things like this into the equation. These people commited heinous acts, this should be part of their punishment.

But giving a sex offender a drug to help him keep it up if he has trouble making his dick hard is not like giving a depressed guy a gun! at all!Kracus wrote:Yeah unlike those diseases it isn't linked with sexual behavior.
