i tried to add transparency myself but as i'm not that good at image editing, i was unpleased by the results

i only need the inner symbol, not the sourrounding ones. and i think it needs to be resized a bit.

nah... it's from ghost in the shell: stand alone complex 2nd gig.

it's the sign of some kind of terrorist movement. but i've not yet seen the whole series so i don't know what it's all about
