It is old, but so are the specs.
I love nintendo, really do. I love my cube, love the games I have and love the way they play... But damn, this thing is so weak in specs that I just cant see it going any other way than the path of sega...
I know looks arn't everything, but damn, when it comes to the revolution, its so poor...

True, but nothing beats playing those oldies on a couch and tv screen.
Say if they let you download the entire SNES collection (which is somwhere around 2000 roms I think), for say 100$, and the NES collection (prolly way over 3000 roms) for say 50$, I would be tempted to get that. But if they start charging 10 bucks or so per rom, fuck that.

I really hope Nintendo plays their cards the right way with this... hopefully they will say 'thank you' to all the die-hard Nintendo loyalist over the years, and allow access to entire game libraries for reasonable prices, with no strings attached, not some stupid 'game packs' or whatever, give us the full thing or nuthin. Or they can say 'fuck you' and charge a premium on a per-rom basis, or 10 roms in a pack, but that would be gay.

Because it's illegal. I'd also rather have access to ALL the games. And sit back and play games like I play every other console game, not at my computer screen.Auburndale wrote:Yeah, there are emulators for Nintendo 64, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and even the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
