I always felt pain in my wrists since i messed them up like 4-5 years ago escpecially when i pressed on that bone right under where your thumb ends in your wrist, it would shoot crazy pain through my wrist and thumb. Then about 9 months ago I wiped deadly on my snowboard and crashed my wrists down. I ended up fracturing one (wore a cast) and the other i didnt even check cause it didnt hurt that bad. But ever since the wrist i fractured has that bone that hurt protruding from my wrist alot more then the other side. I wake up some days and it just aches and i cant even turn off lids or apply pressure to my thumb or to the bone or it shoots pain all in my wrist. I can easily crack it, but some days i wake up and its not to bad at all. Is this bad? Or just something im stuck with cause i messed them up?

sounds like a bifurcated hernial fracture of the medial metacarpal.
Take some vinegar, pepper, and mango juice. Generously apply it to your elbow, on a daily basis, for three days. Then apply it to your wrist for another three days.
If this doesn't ease the pain, try amputating the hand just below the wrist. That should cure the bone pain you're suffering from.

Keep It Real
Try getting a female doctor. Might not be so frightening
(not joking) It's better to get to a doctor and have it looked at and get it over with than walking around with pain.

I had a repetitive stress injury on my hand, I used to draw all day for like 15 years and finally my right forearm was completely solid and i had a pain that went from my elbow to my wrist. What cured me was deep muscle massage by a qualified therapist, and doing exercises, this therapist also knew some yoga therapy as well. Also she had me icing it twice a day, you just get a bucket and fill it with water, put a lot of ice in there and put your hand in, leave it there as long as you can. Keep it up for a few weeks, even.
You probably need some physical therapy exercises, or yoga therapy, and try the icing, it really helps. if you went to the doc he could probably refer you to a physical therapist for the right exercises to make it strong again.
