BUT WE DON'T WANT HALF-LIFE 1 THREE TIMES, WE WANT HALF-LIFE 3 ONCE! JUST ONCE!

we already had a HL1 remake which we didn't need. it was aight but also 12 years in the making and therefore lost its appeal before it was released.

lol you guys. It was just a tech demo. It looked awesome!

My only criticism is that they replaced the walking power loaders with JCB Wheel Loaders

Lambda’s goal is to rebuild Half-Life using Unreal Engine 4, and while the results are a little strange at first (it feels like a different art style), it’s definitely an improvement (in terms of fidelity at least) on Black Mesa

UE4 looks good, but this needs more polish ("Classifield"?)

why not make a new HL2 episode instead, something based around the coast road maybe, making use of UE4's great terrain rendering?

They would have to put more effort into it and adapt it even more towards 1984. Reality has become too close to its old narrative already.
