Seriously sexy accents

The purpose of this thread is to determine which language has the cutest, sexiest accent. Think of exotic women, think of them whispering wonderous things in your ear...

Some rules:
For benchmarking purposes said accent should be in English and for the sake of fuck please limit yourself to a maximum of three countries. Four if you abolutely have to, but five is out of the question.

I'll start:

Spanish (not south american spanish, but spanish spanish)
Greek (it sounds so hidiously ugly it's damn cute)
Russian (wow!)
