Trials games are a staple for me and my friends going back to the first Trials HD. The last trials game to come out was Trials Fusion, I was pretty dissapointed in it, Ubisoft took over the franchise and it was very obvious. They really stuck their fingers in it and kinda ruined the fun game redlynx had going for them but the game wasn't awful. It sucked in many regards but overall we still fire it up once in a while.
So, when I saw that Trials of the blood dragon was announced I was a bit skeptical pointing out that Ubisoft was still in there but I decided to try it out anyway... Well... it sucks.
Complete waste of 20$ I do not recommend it to anyone.
Pro's
- The retro crap is pretty good.
Con's.
- Controls seem awful
- it's half trials game half platformer and a bunch of other random crap thrown in.
- No multiplayer (WTF!? Ubisoft)
- Controls are fucking awful.
I'm really not sure what the hell this game is supposed to be, gotta be the worst trials game ever somehow managing to be worst than Trials fusion which is pretty bad.

So.. I played some more of this last night and I might have been a bit harsh. It's still a pretty shitty game but it has its moments.
The trials parts are fun, the rest is pretty meh. I'd say if you saw it half price on sale it'd be worth it. I think I'm on or near the final levels of the game and it really only took me a few hours to complete.
