Yeah, as in watch my frien bill on his webcam just from his IP, not over MSN or anything.

Just as I thought, you can use a webcam trojan that will take the webcam data and transfer it to you through an open port. I'm guessing that it can get you into trouble though:

I can't believe you can view and even remotely operate other peoples cameras so easily
