Oh yeah, edited twice. Lol.
I wasn't gore. At least I didn't think it was "gore". But apparently someone else thought it was. Since that person is a mod they used their discretion and removed the photos. What can't you grasp about that?

You're fuming, aren't you? Lol.

You're also narrow minded. Maybe you should call us some names, so you can own us.

You all chose the moderators to watch over the site and what was posted, you gave them the right to use their own discretion for the site by making them moderators. If you don't like how the moderators do this choose another. Carry on

No, and I would think that not calling names would be a prime indicator.

Narrow minded because I am against squelching other peoples thoughts based on my own perception of what is or isn't offensive? Makes perfect sense. For a moron.

"We" didn't choose anyone. These people were thrust upon us because they were the only ones willing to do this for free. It's wasn't because of their discretionary skills or governing abilities.

Gwamps also hates health care because he doesn't want the government making decisions for him but he'll complain when his weekly gastric bypass costs $10,000.

I'm not bothered enough to care and fuck you if you disagree. Because I don't need you to agree to be content. That's the problem with your type of mentality. Instead of being satisfied that things don't always go your way you insist that things be changed to suit you. You're the bitch.

Grow up.

Again you're a part of the problem. You think you have the ability to decide what's "normal" for everyone.

Talk about a malformed psyche... :olo:

Then why don't you take the moderator job if you think you can do better. I really hate to get involved in a no win situation like this one. Here goes anyway. I thought this site was supposed to be OK to be viewed at work, that's what everyone here does so when pics like what everyone is talking about is posted it throws this site into the NSFW category and that's why the pics were pulled. I think the moderators did the right thing. YGP mentioned that no one wanted to take the moderator job and the ones we had were thrust upon us, after reading thru four pages of this post I can understand why no one wanted the job. You should be thanking these people who do this for free instead of tearing them down. You couldn't give me a moderator job here either. With that said I'm going to add one more thing. I love this place but you all know its a mad house here, why no one wants to be moderator, maybe why I like it here,(LOL). Now carry on, lets see where this goes

YGP, if you don't agree with the rules and don't wish to abide them, then you can leave these forums on your own discretion.

And I think the main issue with the pics is that it is a rather graphic display of (animal) suffering followed by death. That is something that most people will find unsettling to watch.
I didn't make the decision on my own accord. Like I said, I initially used spoiler tags to make it so that people have to explicitly click the buttons to view the images. When I saw how other people responded to it I decided to remove them altogether.

I think it's completely defendable to remove something when a substantial portion of the community thinks the pictures should be removed.

YGP's views do not match those of the rest of the community. Shocker.
