Got the results back and...................,.........,.................................................................................etc...

No cancer but sperm granuloma... So if u Google that u will see I prolly have an excellent malpractice case against the urologist who performed the vasectomy. So I'll be looking into that...

Sperm cell granuloma (also termed epididymitis nodosa) is a benign lesion that can occur in the scrotum. They can particularly occur in those with a prior vasectomy (occurs after vasectomy in up to 40% of patients 2).
