Free upgrade to Windows 10

Did anybody free upgrade to Windows 10 already? What are advantages in new Windows? Is it worth to upgrade? I need to ask as I have also some older apps that may not work so good in new environment. What about Metro? How to enable it to work exactly or similarly like in Windows 8? The Start Menu was reworked to the old fashioned one (with new design, though). As what I saw the one my uncle has installed, it is much like a hybrid between Windows XP, 7 and 8.

Oh, the most important: Will :q3: work on Windows 10? And such also Radiant? :)
