How much time do you have to leave feedback on ebay?

Isnt there a certain amount of time. Like you can wait till the last minute to leave feedback, and they cant leave feedback for you? Not that I have any negative feedback to leave(yes he deserves it, and I know he'll retaliate like a little bitch and leave me neg feedback just cause hes a bad seller)
