I've just crushed a deeps crack's plans of finger domination on the tip of my thumb.

I sealed the fissure with Super glue.

Fucking TOLD! ...stupid crack.
Fells better too. :icon31:

there's gotta be something nasty in Super Glue that could enter your bloodstream and make you feel inferior.

Awhile back I watched one of the strongman contestants superglue a callous that tore off. Looked nasty.

Meh, It mostly just looks like a shiny pink spot.... you can sort of make out the line...

I only have my mom's old crappy 2.1 MP camera atm :(

But I assure you there is located a painful crack beginning at the corner of my nail bed. It's just supergluded together. :olo:

This is awesome...

Another interesting application is the use of cyanoacrylate to close wounds in place of stitches. Researchers found that by changing the type of alcohol in super glue, from ethyl or methyl alcohol to butyl or octyl, the compound becomes less toxic to tissue. With further research, the practice may become more widespread and could eventually replace the need for stitching up lacerations.
