How can you solve this?

Consider this a chalenge for today;
Solve:
788 139 - 4 890
without a calculator and without placing the top number over the bottom and subtracting the ones, tens, hundrets, etc.. (the "standard" way).
There is one more way to complete this.
Do you know what it is? Huh? DO you?

the answer is 783 249, yeah it's really easy just use your head.

To calculate 788 139 minus 4 890, first find the nines complement of 004 890 : 995 109. Now add 788 139 and 995 109 to get 1 783 248. Remove the highest-order digit to arrive at 783 248. Finally, add one to find the answer: 783 249.

That's the long way, just minus it in your head. I already gave you the answer.

I know, but what I was trying to find out is, if anyone know any other way to do it.
Just subtracting it in your head is to easy.
