First, get the ROM here (note to mods: this is entirely legal and is supported by the game's maker, Jeff Minter).
Next, download T2K Emulator from this thread over on yakyak.org
Props to Dio, the bloke who knocked this together.
It's MUCH better than previous Jaguar emulators, with no stuttering sound whatsoever.
