Go all the way to the Groznygrad(sp?) fortress until after you're captured, take a nap and when you wake up, your food will be rotten. Pick them up and toss one out of the cell. The guard picks it up, eats it, then has a massive attack of the shits, keep doing this, he'll keep shitting.
